Support

Technical maintenance and support is available on-demand through our email and web support: Monitored 8:00AM to 11:00 PM Monday-Friday (GMT+2), excluding national holidays. This includes access to the SystemOne Support Desk & Ticketing system, as well as other mobile support services such as dedicated Skype and WhatsApp support channels.

  • A web-based help desk ticketing system, and a help desk email address for customers
  • Dedicated Skype and/or WhatsApp support channels to the customer

Data Fellows

SystemOne, Management Sciences for Health (MSH) and the Tableau Foundation recently concluded the first Data Fellowship Program for TB staff from the National TB programs and Ministries of Health.

Eight participants from five participating countries attended the week-long training session in Johannesburg, using their own country’s GxAlert diagnostic data to uncover ways to improve healthcare delivery and patient impact.
