Nicolas was co-founder and CEO of a technology company, which he grew for 16 years before it was acquired by Mower. He has advised numerous companies on growth strategies and marketing, and served on several for-profit and non-profit boards. As Chief Growth Officer at SystemOne, focuses on business development and value creation for the company's existing and new markets, both in the public and private sectors.
