ASSISTANT CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER
Equipped with a degree in Information Technology, Mr. Ali plays a crucial role at SystemOne in Pakistan. His responsibilities include closely monitoring the online status of all GeneXpert devices connected to the GxAlert/Aspect software nationwide. He proactively engages with GeneXpert Lab Technicians to offer technical support and meticulously documents issues using Project Management Apps such as Asana and GxAlert/Aspect during troubleshooting calls for GeneXpert sites. Furthermore, he assists the Customer Success Manager in preparing documentation for launching Support Desk tickets with SystemOne and Metacom.
